Windshield washer fluid - Weak spray

Windshield washer fluid - Weak spray
2015 Ford F150. When sitting still, the washer fluid will spray about 6“ from the bottom of the windshield. When driving at highway speeds, the fluid will only spray about 3“ from the bottom of the windshield.
I have the dealer look at it while the truck was in the shop for another issue. They claim this is normal. I'm a little skeptical, because I used it a few times the other day, and it was so spraying nearly all the way to the top of the windshield. That happened only a few times, but it was more along the lines of what I'd expect the spray to be like.
Do you have a 2015? How far up the windshield does yours spray?

I had the same issue, replaced the pump, real easy to do, I replaced mine with this one.
