what percentage can i get away with before they wont give me an inspection sticker??

In MS you could probably spray paint them black and be fine hahaha

In missouri window tint is not part of the inspection. legal here is 35% up front and anything in the rear

haha my friend had 13% and they made him strip it to get a sticker... i think its like 28% somebody told me today but could proli get away with 25% right?
