Default Window sensitivity with Weather Tech

So it's been 2 days in 98 deg sun here in Florida and my weather tech window guards has not set up yet. Only window I'm having issue with is front passenger.
2016 F250
Any secrets to get it to work?

You need to run the initialization sequence so they recognize the resistance of the in track vent visors.

By running this initialization sequence, does the extra strain on the motor have any affect on the longevity of the window motor? Because I can definitely tell the front 2 windows is straining a little bit when it goes up. But like I said the only issue I'm having right now is with the front passenger window
