Will they fit?!

Does anybody know if I can fit a 35x12.50r20 (20x8.5 wheel they are factory to a new f150 truck) on a 2WD 1999 f150 with a 3.5in spindle lift and with 2in spacers.

If they are a 2004 on up factory wheel they will not fit on the 1999, the 1999 has a 5X135 lug pattern where the 2004+ has a 6X135 Lug Pattern. So no.
