Default will a air compressor work in a tool box?

i got a train horn and im installing it im wanting to put the compressor and tank in the toolbox will this work? Or will there not be enough air?

Unless your tool box is 100% air tight (not likely) it'll get enough air, i'd be more worried about overheating the compressor due to lack of fresh(cool) air flow, and or melting something close to the compressor.
