For what it's worth, you already have a cold air intake. For like 50 years now all vehicles have came with them from the factory.
I'm sure gotts can work, but... it looks so bad lol

My brother has a Edge Tuner if interested I posted a picture of it last night but the Moderator of the forum removed the picture for some reason!!

Won't hurt but also won't do any good unless you just want more noise.

Get the tuner, and maybe the cold air intake. Like others said, don't mess with the throttle body spacer. I've had CAI's in the past and did like them. They are louder than the stock intake. By how much varies from intake to intake. Companies claim that the CAI's give you extra HP, but most will say they don't. What I did notice with a CAI was throttle response was better. I've had them on Mustangs and F150's that had a CAI from the factory.

That said, a tuner and custom tunes from someone like 5Star, MPT or others will help a lot. Biggest thing it does is get rid of the lag in the throttle. The drive by wire lag. My custom tunes from MPT woke the truck up. Power band feels much smoother.

3v 5.4? Don’t mess w it. Keep it tuned and change oil. You got hopping it up you’ll tear cam chains , tensioners and phasers in no time.

Replace the oil pump w a Melling and just drive the truck.

Just MO.
