Default Will 35's fit?

I have a 2010 FX4. I am getting the 2 inch leveling kit put on today. Trying to find out the biggest tires I can put on it on factory wheels without it rubbing when turning. Tire shop said 285/65/18. Another said that the 35/12.5/18 would fit. Any advice would help. Thanks!

ON a 4x4 im sure 35's will fit fine. I have an 04 F150 Lariat (non 4x4) and put 35's on with just the Bilstein 5100s (2") and it fit fine. Just trimmed the edges of the front black valance and sanded the inside of the wheel well and there was no rubbing. 35/8.5/17

It's tight in the front but no rub! The back has plenty of clearance. Cheers and best of luck!

whats gonna limit u is the rim size..since u have 18's ur only lookin at a 7.5" rim
anything too thick will produce that "bubble" siding. the 285/65r18 is just over 32 inches, that will fit without a level. keep the 285 and go with a 70 or 75, that will put u just over 34 and right under 35. those will fit no prob with a level.

How about a 305x65x18 (34x12.5) the width is usually the problem on the stock wheels, they may rub on the upper control arm when making a hard turn. Nothing bad but aggravating.
