Default Why a tsb?

I have a clink in my 2013 f 150 with 13k. When I put it in reverse it clinks like a u joint is going out. The u joint is fine and I have talked a bit about the issue in another forum. It was fixed for a bit but the noise came back. It went in a second time and the service provider said this tsb should take care of it. Well it did not. Long story shortened a bit. I am now having conversations with the customer review center. Or something like that because the regional service center said there was nothing more that can be done. My question is..... Why have a tsb if it won't work anyway?
I don't know what options I have but am really unhappy that a newer truck makes noises my older ones never did.

Gene45 - What is a "tsb". ???????????
Reader's Digest explanation ...
Technical Service Bulletin that FoMoCo publishes regarding known (possible) fixes (or heads-up techniques) of repetitive reported issues. The intended audience is FoMoCo service departments and technicians and is available to them in a searchable service.

Here is my update and hope it helps some others. I believe my clunk when putting tranny from park to reverse May be fixed. They replaced the valve body after many visits, two different dealership service depts and some discussions with regional service center. The first dealership worked on u joints and drive train. They eventually had me call the regional care service center. They told me I would have to live with it and it was a normal noise. After a few unsuccessful discussions, I told them I was unable to accept this noise,we agreed to let another service center look at it. They reprogrammed the computer piece of the tranny. It helped some but gradually again happened maybe 50% of the time. That service provider called the regional people and we were finally able to replace the valve body. I have had it for 4 days now and it is working perfectly. So if you have a noise similar to a u joint going out this may be something to look at. I am so great full to the second service provider and when buying my next truck they get my business.
