Im getting a whining noise just like whats shown in the attached video. It doesn't change with fan speed, vent choice, or hot/cold settings. It’s super loud when i start the truck and slowly fades away as the truck warms up. Anyone know what it might be? Doesn't sound like the fan since it’s the same continuous noise regardless of fan speed. It’s -3F so I'm guessing it has something to do with the cold.
