First, if I'm posting something in the wrong place please let me know so I can get the hang of it. I realize now I have made some obvious mistakes.

I've been looking at LED headlights for awhile. Amazon Prime has a sale today and I got a message about some lights for my truck. It's for an entire binnacle swap and it says "plug and play." Is it really that easy? Except for trailer brakes and cruise control which isn't turned on yet, the truck is stock. Should I have any alternator concerns? Thanks. Any advice would be appreciated.
