For the most part you can check the sellers feedback. I know of very few people on here that have NOT been satisfied with theirs bought from EBay.

 

I bought headlights and taillights on ebay and installed them last year. They still look great and I am very happy with them. The seller's feedback rating should be a good indication of whether they are selling quality goods, or not. You can also view the buyer's comments when they left their feedback, and the most recent items will still have a link so you can see what they bought.
