Angry Where are the 2012's

I am getting sick of this. I wanted to buy a 2012 since September and here it is November 7th and they are not out yet. So I had to buy new tires for my 2010 and drive it on a 6500 mile trip. I need this truck now by Christmas, as I will be spending January and February in far south Texas.

I have contacted dealers, and told them what I want and nobody has come up with anything yet. I am ready to go to Chevy, gasp.

WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH FORD!!!!

I know it's aggravating, I've had a 2012 on order since the first of September. From what everyone else on here is saying it looks like those that have on order we are expecting the last of November or first of December. For regular retail (on the lot) trucks it maybe even January before we start seeing them.

Well I can understand you want a 2012, but to be honest theres really no major differences from the 2011. If you really want a new truck you can probably get a killer deal on a 2011 F-150.

Sorry, 2011's do not have a 36 gallon fuel tank with the ecoboost engine. HOWEVER, I was searching inventories and found a couple 2012's that fit what I want. They are either in route or at the dealers. Tomorrow I will look at the first one.

Hey, I have traveling plans and I need the truck by Christmas, that is why I appear upset.

Whats wrong with your 2010 that you cant take it on this up coming road trip? You are wanting the 2012 cause of the ecoboost, but wont take a 2011 cause they dont have the ecoboost. If you do some research, i bet you will learn that chevy doesnt come with an ecoboost either.

Just drive the 2010 until the 2012's are released, its not that much longer of a wait.

I'm not trying to hate on anyone, or jack the thread, but I still don't get the point of buying a truck brand new. Since it knocks off 5-10k pulling it off the lot. I mean, if I had the money for a new truck, I don't know if I would get one. Speaking from a saving money stand pont.

PS: Hope you finally get your 2012, and by that I mean Raptor

Woodhouse ford in Blair Nebraska has 87 2012 F150s and 437 2011 F150s. They will trade over the phone and deliver your truck to you and pickup your trade in anywhere in the US. They have 80 men that do nothing but deliver trucks. They're the largest volume Ford truck dealer in the US. I traded my 70,000 mile 2004 FX4 over the phone for a sterling gray 2011 EB FX4 that stickered at $42,000 for $21,000 difference. My local dealers would only offer $12,000 for my truck and wanted $26,000 to $27,000 difference. My nephew, who lives in Houston Tx. traded his 2007 4x4 chevy silverado for a 2011 4x4 EB Lariat on a Monday over the phone with Woodhouse. They delivered it 2 days later on Wednesday to his home and picked up his trade in. You can pick out the truck you want on their website which includes pictures and window stickers. I have never talked to anyone that wasn't extremely happy with their dealings with Woodhouse. If you can't find the 2011 or 2012 F150 you want or the deal you want locally you might give them a call.
