Really the coverage differences are a few inches at the most in the plastic that blocks the frame. It isn't a deal breaker whichever you get as they're all molded pieces of plastic.

 

I would think the area on top of the liner up against the wheelwell would trap a
bunch of stuff up there, they don't seal tight so sal****er/slush and mud can
get trapped up there where even a power washer can't spray up there cause the
liner is in the way
