Default wheel bearings

I don't know if I have a front tire problem or a bearing problem. The noise increases with speed . Not real loud. Kind of a humming noise. If I turn the wheel to the left it gets a little louder. When I let the wheel go straight it goes back to original whirring sound. Anybody have any ideas?

You could jack it up and turn the wheel and also rock it in and out at the top and bottom to see if there's any play. Also switch the tires to the rear and see if it goes with it. What year is it?
