What's it Worth?
I am considering selling my truck to join the diesel community but I am not real sure what I should ask for it. I am only the 2nd owner of this truck.
The truck is a 1997 Ford F-150 with the 4.6 liter v-8. The truck has 4 wheel drive, power driver seat, power mirrors, power windows, and is bone stock except for Flowmaster exhaust. The truck has been my baby for the last 5 years and has been maintained to perfection. It currently has 99,000 miles on it. Within the last 6 months I have changed the transmission fluid, spark plugs, plug wires, rear end fluid, and of course the general maintenance.
The only thing that is wrong with it that I can think of is that the a/c does not work and the passenger side plastic on the door has a crack by the speaker.
I am sure I am missing some things but let me know what you guys think.

So I just looked it up on kbb.com and with the a/c out you are probably looking at 5 grand for the truck. Nice looking truck by the way, good luck with your sale. Too bad I don't need another truck b/c your's is clean. What's wrong with the a/c?
probably only worth about $800....I will come pick it up and bring cash
JK looks to be in pretty good shape...and super low miles for the year, I would say u should be able to get $5-6k out of it. It just depends on where you live really.
I love seeing that generation of truck that clean! My father in law has an 03 FX4 scab with only 29k miles! Looks and drives like its brand new!
Good luck with the sale and hope it goes to somone who will treat it as well as you did!

I know, its amazing when you maintain something how great they drive. I test drove a 2006 duramax with low miles and I honestly wouldnt have traded my truck for the duramax straight up. The duramax drove awful!
