yeah i think i am starting to lean that way too. the only black thing i have up front is the bug shield and that wont be on too much longer cause im going to order a cowl hood soon.

if i go that route will it be better if i leave the stock tails or change them? i like the black tails better then the chrome but that wouldnt really flow good. TYC makes a black with some chrome highlights throughout how would that look, heres a pic

thanks for the thoughts.

I'm a big fan of chrome myself. I think it really makes a truck stand out from the rest on the street. I'm not sure I like the tail lights you posted but I would look to change out the stock tail lights for something that fits the look of your truck.

to start off with. your step bars on a truck that is already really low. your stick on light covers on the rear. excessive plastic everywhere. etc. etc.

and yeah, i'd expect them to that. thats what happens when you buy cheap wheels.

and what did you mean by salty conditions, your in kentucky! i live ON the beach and havent had any trouble keeping my trucks/rims clean....

first off, the step bars are OE, ford done that not me. were is there excessive plastic i count 4 items, what are you counting the damn bed caps and the plastic step on the bumper,oh no wait it must be the lower valance that ford installed that i had ptm. other then the tail light covers and the window vents which is what EVERYBODY has no matter where you live. i already said i'm getting a new hood and the bug shield is going. thats all i put on it. oh the grille is plastic but all new cars/trucks have plastic grilles so whats the difference. my chrome plastic grille looks wayyyyyyy better then the gray honeycomb style that ford had on there. i didnt know that was a rice look maybe in the town you live! i guess those who put window vents on their rides and bug shields dont no they are driving a riced out vehicles.

and yes i do live in ky and nice job your right we dont have a beach, it must be some place that you must not know anything about, or even know where its located on a map! snow snow snow snow snow, what do you put on the ground when it snows, salt salt salt salt. now i dont care if you have $4k in rims i have seen them do that when the city lays down alot of salt in the winter understand.

ps. we have around 100 snow plows that run 24/7 when the weather station thinks a snow flake might fall. the city spends hundreds of thousands in salt each year for the winter.
