Hey guys new to this forum(other ones stink),

I got a 1992 F-150 added to my collection and the trans is doesnt go into reverse. I think it can be the linkage or the filter. The other gears work like drive. Any suggestions or other thoughts on what be wrong?

 

i think this is the broadest question ive ever seen hahaha

is it a manual? auto? better yet, post the VIN and someone, or myself, can decode it for ya
