Default what size leveling kit

I just bought a '14 fx4 and was wonder what size leveling kit would work. I had a 2010 xlt and bought a 2 1/2 but it seemed to be too high. Although the new truck seems to have more of a rake to it. So I was wondering if anyone else has a '14 and will be able to tell me the right size leveling kit. Thanks!

Subscribed. I just bought a 14 XLT supercrew on Tuesday. I'm looking at leveling kits and thinking 2.5" might be too high. I'd like to see what people have to say about this.

I think it depends on your purpose. Are you wanting to get slightly bigger tires? if you're just looking for a straight up level, then personally, I'd go with a 2". However, I like to fit bigger tires underneath, so I went with a 2.5". All about opinion!

I'd like straight level. Even at straight level I can still clear 34.5s. So I'm ok with that. Thanks for the help!

1.5" level here, 34" tires ... and I could have gone with 35's w/out any issues ...

I went with a 1.5" Autospring leveling kit on my '14 with 295/60/20 (34.45"). I didn't want it perfectly level, I wanted to leave some rake.
