On the front bottom edge of the box on both the drivers side and pasenger side there is a clear plastic sticker.

I assume this is a stone chip gaurd....
If you notice there is a big pocket on the drivers side piece... that just holds water and junk...

Should i peal this off?
Should i leave it?

I would trim it so that it does not hold water but would not peal it off and expose the paint.

 

yes its a chip guard and i would remove it with it holding water and dirt like that its bound to start rusting under there
