Default What is it with people?!

This morning I was cut off by the same Audi 2.0T on 3 separate occasions.

First, the guy is on the highway beside me and we are coming to a stop light, he decides right at the last second and I mean the LAST second to get in front of me....no signal, no check, just went for it, there couldn't have been more then a foot between us when I slammed on the breaks.

Second, we are in town getting closer to where I work, I passed him just by chance at an intersection. He then pulls the exact same stunt except this time going over some rail road tracks and we are both doing between 60 and 70 km/h. Same deal, less then a foot between us with no signal and no check.

Third, he decides he wants to get into the right hand turning lane, of course no signal again. I'm getting up beside him, because I figure "hey he's in the right hand turning lane, he must be turning right?" Of course he decides he doesn't want to turn there, and once again with no check and no signal cuts me off, causing me to have to slam the breaks again!

I don't get what goes through some people's minds when they drive. F150's and all other trucks are heavy, they don't stop on a dime. When you don't check your mirrors, blind spots and don't signal your risking causing some serious damage. Not to mention that you really **** everyone off when you drive like an idiot.

"Sigh" okay I feel better now. Rant over

Wow, I would have been fuming.

Yesterday going home I had a gal that was going between lanes without a blinker. I ended up getting along side her at a light and then I sped up to the next vehicle in front of us and just sat next to him so she couldn't pass. I ended up speeding up and getting in front of the guy so she'd realize that I didn't do it on accident. Meh - maybe she didn't realize. Who knows what people are thinking.

Default Be funny

Install forward and rear facing battering rams
Drive around with a Darth Vadar mask on.
I would say Texas drivers are some of the worst. I always pose the questions, if blinkers are not optional on a car, why do people feel it is optional to use them?????
I also cant stand tail-gaiting. Especially if I cant move over. I break checked a guy the other day. He came right up on my in rush hour and buried his headlights in my tailgate. There was no where for me to go. It was rush hour traffic! Turns out that was a mistake. He caught up to me, took the shoulder to go around me just so he could break check me....Couldn't believe the nerve of this guy. I was sooooooooooooo angry. I suppose I caused the situation. Had I less self control he may have been staring down the barrel of my .40. As far as I was concerned he was threatening me with his vehicle. I just found another lane and let him speed on down the road.
People Suck.

Was it rush hour? It is amazing to me, now that I am retired, how worked up people get during rush hour and what a huge hurry they are in. There is no courtesy. The other day, I saw, and heard, a woman blaring her horn at the car in front of her because it had the audacity to signal and make a right turn. She had to slow and was pi$$ed. Amazing . . . We could all go on and on right?

Drive aggressively (safely) against people like that. Remind him who is driving a truck.

My friend's f150 has a 6" lift, 35's, and loud exhaust, but somehow a lot of people seem to deny his existence. I've ridden with him several times and seen cars just drift over into his lane right in front of him. Their trunks will be literally underneath his grille guard. He can be on a street with multiple lanes and few vehicles, but cars still manage their way in front of him. He's so used to it he just maintains his speed and the cars eventually notice they're underneath his bumper and freak out.
