I got on the gas hard then I took my foot off the gas and alot a suffer the truck lunges forward. Like it's going in to gear. I was at 5,000 rpm Ish and I did not know what gear it was in. What's causing this?.. This is the 4th time it's happened when I had to push the truck pretty hard. It's a 2006 f150 2x4 xlt crew cab 5.5 foot bed.

 

And when it happend there was a loud high pitched noise.
