Look, I'm new at this, I keep reading about forscan, what is it? I have a used 2023 f150 xlt supercrew.. thanks in advance

FORScan is a software program that can read trouble codes and live data, as well as some programming capabilities, on Ford vehicles when used with a hardware OBD 2 adapter to connect to the vehicle.

It is not an official Ford program, Ford and their dealerships have the professional Ford diagnostic tools. However, FORScan is for the DYI, small shop, and enthusiast to do diagnostic and modifications to Ford vehicles.

There's not really an "Operating Manual" for Forscan so you should read up on it when you think you're ready to use it to prevent regrettable mouse clicks.

Can I get this obd adaptor at local parts store and is it USB plug in.
