I think I'm too picky when it comes what I want in a Ford and also have an aversion to V8's although...
Learned to drive and took driving test in parents 1976 Mercury Colony Park (400 ci) - this was also a factory order so being picky is hereditary!
First to drive parents 1984 Mercury Colony Park as my dad got me to pick it up from the dealer (351 ci)

Just to note I come from a Chrysler Product household. I grew up with A LOT of Dodges, 3 Chryslers and 1 Eagle............................................. ......So it's odd that the driveway is now almost ALL Ford. Parents finally jumped Chrysler's *COUGH* *COUGH* *CUOGH* FIAT!!!!!!!! *COUGH* *COUGH* sinking ship. I've always had Ford.
