I have PM'd some mods about the TOTH. Nobody has gotten back to me as of yet. And I've been wondering the same thing for a few months now. Seems like they just said screw it in January or something else happened with the sponsors.

Got word today from one of the mods..said they are working on getting it going

When I asked several months back, they told me that it was handed over to Truck Image ( I think that's who does it) and that the mods themselves wouldn't be monitoring it anymore..but it looks like whoever they handed it over too just stopped all together.
