What is it?

Found 3 of these under the backseat of my recently purchased 2023 f150 xlt. I have no idea what they are for

Tie down cleats for the bed, do you have the key for them?

Even if you don't have them, they are under $40 on amazon and elsewhere. Does your bed have the plates they go into?

Yes, I have the key, but I am guessing the bed liner blocks access.
