I have a 2011 Lariat SuperCrew with Sync. I do not have navigation, so I am wondering what this is for... It looks to be some type of antenna, but not sure.

No problem. I believe you can get a 1-3 month trial (I forgot but mine just ended) even though it is a used truck. Go on sirius' website (or XM radio - I honestly don't even know, but I think it's sirius) and it'll allow you to enter your radio identifier number to get a free trial. If you need help doing it let me know and I'll look it up
