Default What is this?

What is this component bolted to the engine block? It's in between the A/C compressor and the block just behind the crank pully. It seems to be seeping oil and i would like to fix the leak but i don't know what this is. There is a wire attached to it as well. I have a 2008 f150 with the 5.4l. It is the oil covered black part in the middle of the picture.

Its hard to see, but it looks like the crank sensor. If its leaking oil its probably just a worn O-Ring, doesnt look that bad to me though.
