Question Weird HID problem..

So I attempted to install my HID's lastnight. I've done plenty of installs on various vehicles, but had a problem with mine. The foglights went super smooth, just plug and play. The headlights were a little weird. I had to use a little h13 adapter piece for the headlight plug. I put the ground in the middle and the positive on the right side. (this was the only way I found to make it work). But for some reason the drivers side HID wouldn't work. I narrowed it down to a bad ballast, so I just put the stock bulb back in, but for whatever reason the stock bulb doesn't work now either.. Weird. So I went ahead and ordered a relay kit for the headlights, hoping this will fix it. Both kits are 6000k if that helps.
