Default WeatherTech mats

i just purchased a new 2014 Lariat. Not going to be used as a work truck but more as a daily commuter. Would putting in WeatherTech rubber mats take away from the "luxury" look and make it look more of a "work truck" look? I love the look of the factory carpeted mats that come with it but after just two days, they have salt and dirt all over them.

who cares about the luxury look when you have the choice between ruining your carpet, or protecting it??
I dont think the rubber mats take anything away from the truck, if anything it shows that you care. I have carpet + "carpet" mats + rubber mats in my Lariat

+1 I have the flow-through digital fits so I doubt my passengers even notice as there really is no area not covered by the mats. I'm sure they are looking at all the other amenities in the truck rather than the floor.

I have a Lariat and that was the first thing I got. All black inside and you don't even notice that they are there. DO IT

I have flow-throughs (if that's the name for the ones that go over the transmission hump) and cut the sides apart because it was impossible to get a single unit out to clean it without dumping the contents on the floor. I have bucket seats in front so no one sits in the middle.

If you're worried about "luxury look", gussy 'em up a bit ...

Or simply go with the F150 OEM all weather floor mats. Looks and works great.
