Default Weak 4.6L

I have a 98 with the 4.6L Triton. I have a 9" lift kit and 315's on there. It is really lacking top end power. I dont know much about trucks so if I can get details on what to do exactly, that would be great!!! I would like an easy fix add-on power.

Also, I bought a Progressive Tuner (ebay item number 330060861889). Anyone know anything about this?

I don't know anything about that type of tuner, but from the cost I don't think it's going to do anything. I had a Hypertch on my 4.6L in my 2002 and it helped. But a better tuner would be the Edge http://discountpowerparts.com/catalo...roducts_id=172 I currently have an Edge in my truck and you will be impressed with the power it gives if you get one.
or contact Troyer Performance and see if they do a custom tuned tuner for your truck. http://www.troyerperformance.com/cgi...&link=mainpage

from what i have found out so far, the tuners and programers dont do much for the 97/98 4.6 trucks

get a exhaust and a intake, it did quite a bit for my truck.
