Default Water leak

I have an issue I can't resolve. Up until August of this year, my 16 F-150 has been Garage kept. Our new home has a Garage that is too small and now my truck sits outside. Recently I have discovered the floor at the drivers seat is soaking wet. Today i noticed that the headliner around The Moon roof is stained Tom previous water between the rear window and the moon roof, And it was damp. Also under the full length floor mat in the rear is wet on drivers side. Nothing else is wet.?? I think it's leaking at the corner of the roof line where two pieces of rubber meet.
Anybody else have this problem? Or know of a solution?

Sounds like the moon roof drains may be clogged.

Default Dry it out

Took awhile to find my rear window leak, 2011 so different than yours. Until it is fixed don’t let mildew begin.

Pull the sill plates and trim, lift and block carpet & pad to allow airflow. I sprayed them with a mold & mildew killer. And kept a small electric heater running to dry things out.

Probably this. Clog will be at the top of the drain line, right at the sunroof gutter. Use a piece of string trimmer line and push it down the drains a few inches, one in each corner.

It is also possible that the drain lines are disconnected from the fittings, but way less likely. You can pull the a-pillars to check in front, and pull down the headliner a bit to check in back.

Default Water leak

2016 F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 1FTFW1EG5GFC56176 approximately 116,000 miles. Things I’ve done: made sure drains are not clogged, drivers side, water goes down the drain fine but runs into the cab just below the parking brake. I can’t seem to find the end of the drain??!🤔🤬
