Default water leak

Whats up guys, new to the forum. I have a question though. I have a 2010 f150 xlt and its leaking water in the back, ive replaced and siliconed the 3rd brake light, ive checked for leaks on the rear window. I really think the water is coming from the exterior rear covers that are riveted on top of the cab. what is the correct name for these? and how would i go about fixing it?

I have a few cracks in these, also a 2010, but haven't noticed any leaks... I did, however, use some left over silicone (flowable silicone) on the areas after I resealed my 3rd brake light and satellite antennae.
