So i have been talking to my dealer about doing the 2" level kit up front, and a 3" block in the back to lift the truck a bit. They do it themselves with readyLift product, but they charge an arm and a leg as expected. They said they MAY pricematch if i can find somewhere with a quote on it, but I went to discount tire and couldn't find one, anyone have a place that does this and has quotes online so I could just print one out? I am in San Antonio if that helps.

Also, they said they still honor the warranty with the parts, which i thought is pretty cool, as i have heard of many dealerships saying its out of warranty when you put them on, how common is this? I sorta had to pry out a perfectly straight answer, as he was being general and politically correct in his wording, so i just said, cut and dry, if i get it done elsewhere and not there, is the warranty still in stock, in which he replied:

"Cut and dry: yes, your warranty will remain in effect from what our accessory manager told me."

So, looks like i will be getting the 2" level and some 3" blocks put on sooner than I thought, as I was going to wait for the 36k warranty to run out before i did it, now i think i will put them on AND buy the extended warranty when it gets a little closer to time

 

The only time they can void a warranty is if the added part is proven to have caused the problem. ex: adding a turbo and blowing your motor = Warrant voided. Adding a turbo and your power windows quit = probably not voided.
