vibration when braking in reverse
My old truck used to do that. The pitch and angle of the brake pads are designed for forward braking. A little vibrating going in reverse shouldn't be a concern, as long as it's not really excessive.
If it's not braking normally when moving forward, then bring it in for service right away.

It vibrates hard. The entire front of truck shakes almost if its going to cut off. I just bought the truck this weekend. It test drove perfect. But a few days later it is pretty bad when backing up. It hasn't done it in drive.
It is under warrenty for 90 days. I took it back to the dealer today. They toom it and said it was the cam phasers. I've been doing a little research tonight and found out that is definitely not good!! I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem. I'm a girl and sometimes dealers seem to take advantage of that. So I have to be on top of the game lol
Ok, so just backing up was causing vibrating.
Unfortunately you are right about women going to a mechanic shop and taken advantage of, good thing you're staying on top of that and doing the research!
Glad it's fixed!
