Default vibration during down shift.

Anyone ever have any problems with your f150 doing a vibration when down shifting? Mine doesn't do it all the time, sometimes when shifting down from higher RPM's and sometimes when shifting down between 3 and 2 k RPM. Any help is appreciated.

I'll look into this, Joseph Doolittle! What's your model year and current mileage? Please send this information my way, and let me know when you were last at the dealer for this.

What's the model year and mileage of your trucks, you two? Please fill me in with some details, including whether or not you've been to your local dealer for diagnosis. I'll look into any available options.

2013, 5.0, 15k miles.

Haven't taken it to dealer. Just started noticing this recently and the thread here reminded me of it. So was curious if this was normal or not.

Happens betweens 30-35mph in 4th gear when I let off the gas pedal.

The truck has about 135k on it but I had. A new motor put in about 15 ago. Mine is an 05 f150. Crew cab 4 wheel drive. It's an xlt with the tow package. I've nenever had any problems like that with it before.

Could be a bad 1-2 accumulator. Or your passage ways may be clogged in your valve body. I would drop the pan and inspect the fluid and magnet just to get a feel of what is going on.
