Default Vehicle health report not working

I've been trying for weeks to run a successful vehicle health report with no luck. I've changed my number on the website for a few minutes and changed it back. I've done master resets. I've tried it with parking brake engaged. Nothing seems to work and all they are telling me is to bring it to the dealer. Well my dealership is a nightmare. Does anyone have any suggestions?

After owning my truck for a month, I tried many times to make changes to "force" the system to run the report. Nothing that I tried worked so I basically gave up. Then one day out of the blue, while I was driving home from work, a prompt popped up on the screen asking if I wanted to run the report. I allowed it do it's thing.

So essentially, the system ran the report on its own when it was good & ready. My actions seemed to have no influence on its timing. Maybe the same thing will happen for you.

I have 2013 f150 lariat. Set it up and it's been great. I always ran them. Today first time it requested If I would like to run it? I did. It's a great feature being synced with your service dealership.

What year is the truck? I have a 13 and all I have to do is press the talk button and when asked, I simply say "vehicle health report" and it takes off. You have to have your phone with you and paired for it to work, the engine also has to have been running for 1 minuet before it will work.

If you apply the parking brake when running the health report it will show a malfunction of the brake system in the report.

I'm pretty sure this doesn't send any information to your dealership, just to your email.

It sends it to your Ford owner account web page, (where you view the report) the dealer would have to know your password and user name to see it.

You're absolutely right. I should've clarified it will list all my dealers specials and incentives when I click to check out my vehicle health report. And it makes it easy to schedule appointments via online.

If you have anything plugged into the obd port it will not run. I forgot I had my Allstate drivewise device plugged in and almost went crazy trying to figure it out.
