Default UWS Toolbox

Hey guys I am about to go look at a Diamond Plate UWS toolbox for my truck. The guy has no use for it and is only asking $50. That's a really good price is it not? I don't think I will haggle the guy any lower for a box that costs like $350 new. I'll have to see what condition it is in. But is that a good price?

Great deal, I'm assuming craigslist. I love craigslist, you can find anything and most of the time at a good price.

haha no not a craigslist actually, although I did buy my truck off of there. We have a person who works at the office who's husband had a tool box he hadn't the need for in several years. It had been sitting in a barn for the better part of 5 years. Everything works great as far as the lifts and latches. He told me if it leaked to bring it back to him and he'd give me my money back. The only thing it didn't have was the keys.
Can I get a key made at a locksmith or ask UWS for a replacement? It has a key code next to the lock.
It was pretty dirty but with a little bleach it cleaned up real nice for a 50 dollar box.
