Used Wrong Computer Bolt! Any Worries?

Used Wrong Computer Bolt! Any Worries?
During a tune up I mixed up the bolts that hold the computer to the mount and the mount to the firewall and put the long bolts into the firewall. I switched it back to the correct ones now. Anything behind there I could have hit?
