Default Type of Transmission?

I've got a transmission that supposedly came from a 1998 F150, but I can't exactly determin from the information on it exactly what kind of transmission it is...can anyone help. The informationb on the transmission plate and on the transmission itself reads as follows: On the little plate it reads:

PKF - BC 8C
F85P - 7000 -GA
091168
F - BC1 091168

RF - F3LP - 7A040 -AA

Basic 6

46 W

It also has 7 1 stamped on the outside of the bellhousing.

Is it a Model: E4OD, Model: 4R70w...or what?
My current truck, I believe has the 4r70w...even though it's a 1998, but the bellhousings on these transmissions are different. I want to sell the one I got as a replacement (thinking it was what I needed) but I don't know how to identify it so someone else doesn't make the same mistake I did....any help is appreciated.

the last digits indicate it came out of a 4.6L Windsor motor...which would make it a 4R70W. All mod motors got the 4R70W, with the except of the Lightning which got the 4R100. There should be no difference in bellhousing among V8 mod motors AT ALL.
