Has any body done a turbo upgrade to 2009 f150 5.4l platinum? I dont know if any body has done this kind of upgrade but if you have please let me know how much it cost and how much boost you were able to do before you have to switch to forged pistonp?

If the engine can handle it, a supercharger system will be easier and cheaper.

I ran a procharger on my 2000 5.4 and it did very well. changing the oil isn't too fun, but you don't have to do it very often. I ended up making a drain out of hydraulic hose, so I could just do it from the wheel-well.

I could be wrong, but I thought Roush had something for the '09. I had a Roush on my '06 Lincoln Mark LT.
