Default TSB letter?

This is all in reference to a 2005 Ford F150 XLT SCREW 4x4

I posted in another thread where several users stated that they received a letter from Ford saying that the injectors (maybe cop's too) were covered for 8 years 150k miles and that it extended to future owners as well.

I just bought my truck (used from a dealer) and am the second owner. How do I go about getting my hands on this letter? Would it be valid if someone emailed it to me? Scan and mail it, or does it have to be original from Ford?

Because I need to get my hands on one of them!

Vehicles with the 5.4L and 4.6 (I think) 3v engines specificly I think. The TSB is 07M08 as far as I can tell.

I don't have the letter, but I am looking for it. The previous owners left all the records with it, so I am digging through those too.

If you have your owners manual and all the books, there should be a postcard that you can register your truck with Ford if you are not the original owner.

Does anyone know if this applies to Canadian trucks as well? I just bought an 05 F150 XLT SCrew about 3 weeks ago.
