I can tell you to buy. Not lease. I also love the black/black. That would be my first choice of color too. Have you ever rented a home or rented an apartment ? At the end before you move you have a pile of receipts from the landlord. The same when you lease. You own nothing. If you buy and pay on the truck for two years and decide to trade. Well at least you own half the truck and have that much equity to trade with. My 2 cents.

Your Dad has some great advise. I would never lease a vehicle and have always bought outright. As stainlessman points out at the end all you will have as when you rent is a pile of receipts and you own nothing.

I leased one time but ended up paying out the remainder because I really liked the car. If you drive a decent amount you'll not only have to turn the car in after 2 or 3 years and get no value from it but you may be paying for any extra miles driven. Personally I wouldn't do it again. Really the nicest part about it is if the car is a total POS they have no choice but to take it back at the end of the term.
