Hello all, I've searched the forum and have come up empty handed. I want to fly a 3'x5 flag from my truck. I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to mount it. I don't want to drill and I don't want it on my tool box. Also I want to be able to remove it easily. Any suggestions?

I made mine onto a receiver to put in my trailer hitch. Good luck!

get an old patio umbrella stand and put the flag poll in there. that is the easiest way to do it. just make sure its heavy enough to stay in the back. and its good to tie it to something as well

That's what I was thinking. I believe that was my original idea, then I started thinking about building a mount. I have 2 just laying around I just forgot about. Thanks.

I think I'm gonna go with the umbrella mount and tie it down with some rope and bungee chords

You could use 2 or 3 small pipe brackets and mount them to the left or right of the tailgate inside the bed. Just slide the flag pole in or out.
