Transport mode

I test drove a truck today that was still in transport mode and it seemed to be lacking power does anyone know what transport mode does

Forget about transport mode the problem is the dealer. The truck should've been taken out of that mode when it was received and inspected by the dealer before being put on the lot.

I've seen trucks sitting on the lot with brake/rotor covers still on 'em. They were mixed with the others, filling an empty spot.
