Default Transmission issue

I just had a new reman transmission put in my 2013 3.5 L eco-boost and have only put about 30 miles on it since.
Today after accelerating from a traffic light it didn't want to go and give a hard shift. I pressed on the gas again to move forward and it did the exact same thing again. Is this something common that happens?
One year ago I had the lead frame replaced at the Ford dealership.

I would take it back to whoever installed the reman transmission and demonstrate the issue to them. I'm sure you got some sort of warranty on it....

Sounds like maybe you're low on fluid. But yea for sure take it back to whoever did the work. Also if the lead frame was replaced a year ago that has no bearing on a new reman trans unless you pulled the lead frame and swapped it into the reman.

My concern is they did not do the proper drive learning sequence. They are trying to say I have a cylinder 4 misfire which is giving me the symptoms. I call BS on that because I have had no other issues or symptoms associated with a misfire. I also had my truck at the ford dealership first who test drove it and said nothing.

Am I correct that these trucks need to have the scan tool reset and drive cycle?
