Hey guys. I have a 2004 f150 and had it since it was new. It's been great to me and been a lot of clicks with me (over 200,000) the transmission just started to flair or skip when I get to about 60 km/hr and re-engage at about 40km/hr. Then I can get to about 100/km hr and drops back down to 60. I took it into ford to get looked at. They said turn off the overdrive and that will work for the short term which it has. They said to ask on here if anyone has had the problem and what fix there might be before the tear into it and start charging out the *****... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
