I went down the road, came back. stopped at bottom of the hill to go into 4 WD and truck wouldn't move in 4 or 2 WD. After a few attempts it started to move and away I went. I went in the house came back out and again....will not move. Few days later gave it a little jerk with the bike, tried it, worked great around the yard. Since then it wont move at all. Here's what happens.. Start the truck and put it in gear, doesn't move. Speedometer works and even shows speed in neutral. If I try and put it in park it makes a noise. What's your thoughts?

 

It sounds like the transfer case is in neutral.

 

I took off the transfer case motor and its in 2 wheel drive
