Trailer Sway Control

Can any one answer a question for me on the new trailer sway control which is standard on new f-150's.......should I still use the sway controller on my trailer, or will they work against each other

I don't care what ford sales reps says about the anti sway thing. If you have a mechanical anti sway device use it, especially if it's already on the trailer.

I use the electronic trailer sway with no mechanical back up on my 26' 6000lbs (loaded) travel trailer. works like a charm. No problems being passed by 18 wheelers...or...passing them.
