Default Traction control

Does my truck have traction control.... I have an 08 f150 4x4 xlt 5.4 and I like the mud and up to this day I've never had any suspicion of it having traction control but today I was in some mud and when I was braking it was sliding like it had traction control ? If so how do I turn it off if its possible

If you actually do have it, you will have an override button somewhere on the dashboard. I don't know where it is on an '08, but on a '12 it's in the center top of the dash. There is a picture of a vehicle with squiggly lines beneath it.

That's what I thought because my bosses trucks all have that button he's got Chevys but when I was sliding it felt exactly the same as when his trucks slide... Thanks though
