Default TPMS Relearn/Reset Glitch?

Hey gang. TPMS light came on, no measurable drop in tire pressure was observed. Bought a cheap reset tool off of amazon and went through relearn process. Left front ok, right front ok, right rear doesn't register but after trying other tires when the screen says "Right Rear", the left rear will register and then no other sensor will pick up, leaving the process incomplete.
Anyone ever have something like this? Is it possible the sensors were installed out of sequence and then the right rear one's battery is dead?

There is no install sequence, the reader is simply telling you which tire to read....Since you gave no info on your vehicle we can't give an informed answer.... It's only a guess, but I think that you have a sensor that is dead or too weak to be read.. If that turns out to be the case, replace them all at the same time, and have it done by a shop that can erase the old sensors and program the new sensors.

That happened to me once when I bought 4 new OEM sensors on Ebay and one sensor ended up being a dud.
Every other time I replaced wheels, tires or sensors the sensors would learn on their own after driving a few miles.
